The air conditioning was broken (this was a major issue). The coffee machine also did not work, so I couldn't even get a simple cup of coffee in the morning. It also took five minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. This was quite annoying when trying to get ready quickly.

I appreciated the helpful and responsive personnel. The bed was comfortable. I also found the bathroom to be a good size. A good breakfast was available. free mulled wine was available .

My room lacked an outside window. It only faced the indoor corridor, so privacy suffered. The inner courtyard was quite noisy,.. creating an echo chamber. This meant I could not open the window, and the room quickly became stuffy.
